Owner of Rico's Ink tattoo studio Justin Delgado is a 25 year old workoholic, he started tattooing at the young age of 14. His wepon of choice was a homemade tattoo machine made of a ps2 controller and guitar string. Once he learned about the history of tattooing, he was addicted and began his journey.
